As Girl Scout Trainers perform the additional tasks of providing training in management and certifying training units, they mainly learned about “”management”” and “”training”” and confirmed the role of Girl Scout Trainers. In addition, as Girl Scout Trainers, they will be required to play a prominent role from now on, so we conveyed the need for them to be constantly aware of their position as role models for the leaders by paying attention to personal appearance, etc.
We want both Programme Trainers and Girl Scout Trainers to always study and to obtain accurate information from WAGGGS and GSJ and pass it on to the leaders. In addition, we requested the councils to ensure that the new trainers have the opportunity to act as members of the trainer team in collaboration with senior trainers.”
